Booking Deposit and Balance
A 50% deposit is taken online at the time of your booking.
The remittance is due a minimum of 4 weeks before your arrival.
Cancellations
Any booking cancellations 4 weeks or out will receive a full refund.
Any cancellations 4 weeks or closer to your stay, within four weeks of your booked dates will be charged in full.
Security deposit
A 500 euro security deposit is taken at the time of booking online and is held safely and securely with our partner booking site. Your security deposit refund is usually initiated on the day of your departure. We carefully go over the house on the day of your departure ensuring there has been no damage. Because with have an excellent two way relationship with our customers we don't expect any problems. Any problems that arise are usually settled on the spot on the departure departure. The security deposit is released back to you instantly online from our secure banking deposit system once we have completed the check out inspection.
If you make a last minute booking we will request a 500.00 euro cash security deposit. Again, this is returned to you on check out.
Check in and out times
There is a personal checkin and check out with the onsite concierge, you will be given a full welcome how to tour. This is an imperative part of our service and a great fun experience for all guests. You'll be very excited, guaranteed. Thats the Caledonia House Ireland Experience!
Check in times are generally between 1400 hrs 1900 hrs latest. (Or otherwise as stated for your unique booking).
Check out is by 1000 hrs.
VIP - THE CLUB
All past and future guests accrue points. Guests points are interchangeable with your Friends or Family. Your private members area website page contains your points total.

Caledonia House is a strictly non smoking house.
We do not accept pets.
Children are welcome from aged 7.
